Stewart Hsu is a Silicon Valley High Tech Professional turned Real Estate Entrepreneur. Stew was born and raised in NY, attended University in the Midwest, and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1998. One Big 6 accounting firm and three start-ups later, Stew realized he could not depend on an IPO to create wealth, so he committed to taking *full responsibility* for his own results. Since then, Stew has invested in over 15 properties in 6 states since June 2003. His latest transaction is a 68-unit, cash flow producing, apartment building in Dallas, TX.
Stew has 3 passions in life 1) investing in real estate, 2) continuous personal development and 3) sharing his experiences and insights with people.
