A bit of a stretch, but stick with me here — as an entrepreneur and business owner, often times we’re thinking how to find customers (in multifamily real estate, these would be your renters or investors!), and we put ourselves BEFORE the customers, where really you want it the other way around to be more effective.

Seth is one of the most in-tune, in-touch, intuitive people out there.  He’s a highly respected marketing expert, and refers to himself as “Agent of Change.”
